Smokiam RV Resort offers eight guest tepees that allow guests the chance to experience a taste of Native American culture and an outdoor stay in comfort and ease. The six lakefront tepees are in a private setting on the shores of the lake, away from the rest of the resort. We also offer two tepees inside the main campground area; these two tepees offer power/water, a mini-fridge and air conditioning during the summer months.

With 300 days of sunshine, enjoy the 900 feet of sandy beach, heated pool, two spas, a European steam sauna, family playground area, clubhouse/recreation hall, miniature golf and paddle board/kayak rentals. Families love the outdoor movies and family smores during the summer months. Get adventurous on a hike to local Dry Falls, Summer Falls, or Lake Lenore Caves, or enjoy wine tasting at the areas many boutique wineries.

The lakefront tepees are dry camping (no power or water). Guests are recommended to bring fire-making materials (wood, news paper, fire-starter), sleeping bags and flash lights. Linens are not provided in the tepees, please bring your own bedding, linens and pillows. General camping gear/supplies are recommended. Lanterns are provided to Tepee guests for use during your stay.
