    Comfortable/practical clothing and hiking shoes, prepared for rain, wind, hot and cold (the weather changes regularly and rapidly in Patagonia!) Sunhat/glasses and sunscreen in summer.  Warm hat and gloves in winter.  Headlamp (optional).

    Breakfasts: buffet style continental breakfast with cooked breakfasts prepared to order.  Lunches and dinners: 3 course, family style, home cooking.  All meals prepared with seasonal products produced on farm and locally.
