All canceled reservations received 61 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a $300 cancellation penalty.
Reservations canceled within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 50% penalty of the entire stay and will receive a 50% refund.
Reservations canceled within 29 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% penalty and are responsible for the entire stay and will forfeit all payments.

These eco-camps are located on the route to the iconic Machu Picchu on the side of the Vilcabamba Mountain Range. The property provides transportation from Cusco to the EcoCamps and back to the hotel or airport.
