    Cancellation: Full room amount required at time of booking of booking. Cancel by 12pm local hotel time at least 45 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to 100% of your stay.

    Booking Note: Please keep in mind rates are based on dates and availability. Weekdays tend to be less expensive than weekends, so the rates listed are simply an estimate. Once guests send a booking request, the host will respond with the appropriate offer, based on dates and availability. When sending a booking request for the tents, guests should mention how many people are in their party. Each tent can comfortably accommodate up to two adults and two children (12 and under). The price for a tent is $500 per night, and each additional person after two is $100 per night. Glampers will need to reserve more than one tent if they are booking for more than two adults and two children.

How Do I Get There?

The Bozeman/Yellowstone International Airport is located 55 miles from the retreat. Its is recommended to rent a car so that you'll easily be able to navigate to activities, restaurants, and  everything that the area has to offer.  However, if you prefer, there are several other transportation options to The Yellowstone Collective Retreat and Moonlight Basin.
