Take one of the Selina shuttles from Selina Playa Venao, Puerto Viejo, Isla Colón or San Jose.
By bus
From Panama City, you can take a 10 hour bus ride from Albrook Terminal to Almirante, the closest mainland point to Bocas del Toro’s main island, Isla Colón. From Almirante, take a half-hour water taxi ride to Isla Colón (around $6). Then take the Selina water taxi to Red Frog, about 10 minutes away ($5).
From the airport
From Panama City, you can take a direct flight from the Albrook Airport to Bocas del Toro with Air Panama. Head to Selina Isla Colón, located a few blocks away from the Bocas del Toro airport and take the Selina water taxi to Red Frog.
