    Reservations canceled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% penalty and are responsible for the entire stay and will forfeit all payments.

From Oudshoorn

Follow Baron von Rheede (R328) North towardst he Cango Caves

At approximately 27 km from Oudtshoorn, Wilgewandel will be on your right.

Turn left at the sign Prince Albert (continuing straight would arrive at Cango Caves)

Drive for 12 km , until left turnoff marked Matjiesrivier / Calitzdorp

After 11km the tar roads ends Travel a further 7km on the dirt road , and the Lodge Gate will be on your right .

Swartberg Private Game Lodge is nestled at the foot of the majestic Swartberg Mountain Range, a 50-minute drive from Oudtshoorn and 23 km away from the scenic Route 62.

The appeal of a bygone era with an understated sophistication best describes the Lodge. Fitting to the Karoo-colonial style, expansive patios provide insulation from the hot summer days, and cold winters when the snow lies high on the mountains above the Lodge.

Daily game drives are included, allowing guests to explore the malaria-free wildlife estate. Various activities, such as mountain biking, fishing and hiking are available in the surroundings area. With no predators on the Wildlife Estate, the area is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and fishing.
