Cancellations received at least 61 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations received between 15 and 60 days prior to scheduled arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total accommodation at the contract rate. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total for accommodation at the contract rate.
The camp is located inside Serengeti National Park.
LOCAL AIRLINES AND LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS
Local airlines include Air Excel, Costal Aviation, Regional Air, Northern Air, Auric Air and Tanganyika Flying Company. These airlines use Cessna Grand Caravans or similar aircraft, which carry 9 to 13 passengers. Luggage is restricted to 15kg per passenger and must be carried in soft sided bags or suitcases (no hard-shell cases).
The luxury tented mobile camp is set up at Togoro 1, east central of Serengeti National Park. The camp provides easy drives to most of the Serengeti areas. In a day’s drive, guests can reach Moru Kopjes, Maasai Kopjes, a national park known for its rock paintings and N’gong rocks to the south, Grummeti river and the Western Corridor, Retima Hippo pool, and even the Lobo area to the north. This large camp has 18 large guest tents, including a family tent unit and a dining tent. The large dining tent is perfect for guests who want to meet and exchange their daily game drive experiences. The camp fire is always available depending on the weather.
