All canceled reservations received 61 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a 10% cancellation penalty.
Reservations canceled within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 25% penalty.
Reservations canceled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 50% penalty.
Reservations canceled within 15 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% penalty and are responsible for the entire stay and will forfeit all payments.

How Do I Get There?
From Port Elizabeth International Airport:
- Exit airport and turn right at the traffic circle into M11 Allister Miller Road.
- Travel 2km and at the traffic lights turn left into Forest Hill Drive.
- Travel 700 meters and at the traffic lights turn right into M7 Walmer Boulevard.
- Travel 500m and at the 3rd set of traffic lights turn left onto M4 Settler's Way.
- Travel ± 6km and exit left on 751A, keep right and exit right onto N2 Cape Town.
- Travel ± 1.5km and exit left on 748 off-ramp to R75 Commercial/Uitenhage Road.
- Travel 350m and turn right at the 2nd set of traffic lights onto R75 Uitenhage Road.
- Travel 14km and exit left onto R75 Uitenhage and follow R75 Graaff-Reinet Road.
- Travel 209km on R75 and turn right onto the R63 Pearston/Somerset East Road.
- Travel 7km and turn left onto Petersburg Road (unpaved dirt road).
- Once you have turned onto the Petersburg gravel road, drive for approximately 27 km. Cell phone reception ends after 3 km along this gravel road. Keep driving through the Samara gates i.e. one single and two double sets of electronic gates with push buttons until you reach the Mount Camdeboo Private Game Reserve main automatic electronic double set of gates.
- Continue through the double gate and follow the signs to the Mount Camdeboo “Reception”.
