Reservation and Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made by email (cancellation will not be effective until your email has been read and you have received a reply) or by phone (cancellation will be effective when acknowledged). There is no charge if guests cancel prior to 4pm EST the same day they pay for their reservation. After that time, visitors will be charged a $25.00 credit card processing fee. Cancellations occurring fewer than fourteen days prior to check in will be charged a fee equivalent to one weekend night's stay. All refunds will be paid by credit card refund or check at the property's discretion. Any amount not paid when due will be deemed a cancellation and no money will will be returned, such being deemed liquidated damages.
25% deposit due at time of reservation. Remainder due anytime up to 2 weeks prior to stay.
Smoking only allowed outdoors.

How Do I Get There?
Because Wren Eagle Retreat is on a private road, the GPS and Google and Bing Maps will only provide part of the directions to camp. Guests will receive detailed directions after booking.
Wren Eagle Retreat is a secluded vacation destination located in Chillicothe, Ohio, set within a private property with over 23 acres of oak, hickory, and maple. The destination offers beautiful spring, summer, fall and winter views of southern Ohio ridges, trees, and wildlife. Among the most unusual fauna are the reclusive owls and whippoorwills (who sing only in spring and autumn evenings), and the walking sticks and luna moths that appear during the summer.
Wren Eagle Retreat has a King bed suite with washer/dryer, toilet, vanity, full jetted bath/shower. The main living space has another bathroom with dual vanity, toilet, and shower. The main floor is completed with an open living area with a sofa sleeper (Full size), dining room that can seat 12, and a full kitchen with cooktop and wall oven. Upstairs is a loft with a 1/2 bath, Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds. The wrap-around deck and many windows throughout the cabin have great forest views.

Surrounded by forest, with no other habitation in view, guests can relax on the expansive deck, explore the rolling terrain, watch for deer, turkey, and other birds, animals, and insects, and be serenaded in the evening by crickets, toads, and bull frogs.
GPS gives an erroneous ending destination, so guests should wait for detailed directions.
Trip insurance is recommended in the winter when the drive may be impassible due to snow and ice.
