All reservations are subject to a 10% cancellation penalty. Daily and Weekly reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Monthly reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival are also non-refundable.
Pet friendly units are available. There is a $75 one time non-refundable fee per reservation. Guest is responsible for any damages or required additional cleaning.
From I-17 take the 287 Camp Verde Exit to get onto Highway 260. Go over the bridge on 260 that takes you above the Freeway (I17). The property is at the very first roundabout after the bridge on 260. Turn left at the junction into the resort.

Enjoy the year round heated pool, two hot tubs, fitness center, game room, and clubhouse activity center.
Enjoy river recreation. With walking trails and river access along the Verde River you can enjoy a morning stroll, fishing, kayaking, and tubing right from the resort. There are two laundry facilities with showers and a convenience store on site. Stop in at the resort store for an offering of local products. Two pet parks and pet stations are located throughout the park. The park also offers fire rings, ice, playground, fishing, hiking, ATV, nature watching, and shuffleboard.
All of the cabins sleep 6 to 8 guests with a loft. Please note that the loft is not full height and best suited for children. All units are also equipped with full size sleeper sofas, a kitchenette, and bathroom.

The property is located in the Verde Valley. Explore local wineries, breweries, enjoy the Verde river, Montezuma's Castle, Tuzigoot National Monument, Fort Verde Historic Park, Verde Canyon Railroad, and Out of Africa Wildlife Park. You are also close enough to take a day trip to Sedona or the Grand Canyon.
