    Reservations canceled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% penalty and are responsible for the entire stay and will forfeit all payments.

There will be a sign with “Tiny Stays” on your right. This is where you enter.

Please be aware of the free roaming cows. Please make sure you shut and put the latch on the gate every time you enter and exit. 

Once you enter the property follow the track up to the top of the hill & park behind the tiny house.

When you check in there will be an information book on the table with all the info you need to know about the property, the area & all other pending questions you may have.

Tiny Stays is a unique experience that combines the facilities of a hotel with an immersive nature escape. The tiny houses are solar powered and completely off-grid giving the freedom to put each house in the most beautiful location.

Each tiny house is furnished with the all the essentials and creature comforts you would expect to find in a boutique hotel. A queen-sized bed, luxury bed linen, full kitchen including fridge and stove, toilet, hot shower, bluetooth speaker and plenty of books and board games for you to enjoy during your stay.

The first Tiny House is nestled in the heart of the Yarra Valley on a beautiful private block of land only an hour’s drive from Melbourne. 5 minutes’ drive from the center of Hallsville and 10 mins from some of the Yarra Valley’s most beautiful wineries. The views surrounding the house are unbelievable and you have them all to yourself. There’s no one else around - just you, your loved one, and nature.
