  • Reservation and Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations for a guest room reservation must be received at least 30 days prior to the expected day of arrival. Policies may differ by arrival date and room type. Specialty suites require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the resort will charge for two nights' accommodation plus taxes. How Do I Get There?

Guests of Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora first fly to Faa'a International Airport in Papeete, Tahiti, the only international airport serving French Polynesia. From the Papeete airport, it's just an additional 50-minute domestic flight to Bora Bora via Air Tahiti.

Direct flights are available from Los Angeles, Paris (with a stop in Los Angeles), Honolulu, Tokyo, and Auckland. Airlines serving the airport include Air Tahiti Nui, Air France, Hawaiian Airlines, and Air New Zealand.

Upon arrival in Papeete, all passengers and private aircraft clear customs before continuing to Bora Bora. For entry into French Polynesia, all guests are required to have a valid passport and an outbound ticket. As entry requirements and customs regulations are subject to change without notice, please consult the appropriate authorities before traveling internationally.

Services provided by the Resort

Twice daily from Monday to Saturday, Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora provides return boat shuttle service on a fixed schedule to Vaitape Harbour on the main island of Bora Bora. The morning boat shuttle to the main island is complimentary, while a fee applies for airport transfers and the dinner time shuttle.
