    There are no refunds, no exceptions. Fourteen-day notice is required to receive credit toward a future date. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date will only result in a credit towards a future visit if we are able to re-rent the sites.  If the site sits empty as a result of a late cancellation, all fees paid are forfeit.

    Pets are welcome on this property. Pets must always be leashed. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages caused by their pet.

How Do I Get There?

Directions from Portland/Washington Area

  • From Interstate 205 (I-205), take the Molalla exit (exit 10) to Hwy 213 (Near Oregon City) towards Molalla. Follow Hwy 213 and proceed toward Molalla. Continue heading west on Hwy 213. About eight miles past Molalla, watch for the small town of Marquam. Turn left on S. Nowlens Bridge Road. Stay on S. Nowlens Bridge Road (towards Scotts Mills). Cross the bridge into Scotts Mills and turn left onto Crooked Finger Road. Take Crooked Finger Road exactly nine miles to the entrance on the right.

Directions from Interstate 5 (North of Woodburn)

  • Traveling south on Interstate 5 (I-5), take the Woodburn exit (exit 271). Turn left at the off ramp. Follow this road about two miles to Hwy 99. Turn right on Hwy 99 and drive about two miles. Turn left on Hwy 214 to Silverton/Mt. Angel. When you get to Mt. Angel, watch for the signs directing to Scotts Mills. Turn left and follow the signs to Scotts Mills. When you get to Scotts Mills, turn right on Crooked Finger Road. Take Crooked Finger Rd. exactly nine miles to the entrance on the right.

Directions from the Interstate 5 (South of Salem)

  • Traveling north on Interstate 5 (I-5), take the Kuebler Blvd. exit (exit 252). Turn right onto Keubler at the stop, take Keubler seven to eight miles to Silverton Road (Hwy 213). Follow the signs through Silverton to Hwy 213 towards Molalla/Oregon City. Follow Hwy 213 about six miles out of Silverton and turn right towards Mt. Angel/Scotts Mills Hwy. Follow Mt.Angel/Scotts Mills Hwy approximately three miles into Scotts Mills. Turn right onto Crooked Finger Road. Follow Crooked Finger Road exactly nine miles to the entrance on the right.

Located in the western Cascade foothills about an hour from Portland or Salem Oregon, Camp Dakota is a beautiful, 45-acre, forested campground and adventure park. It is open to the public year-round for camping and a wide variety of fun activities for all ages. Camping options include yurt rentals, RV sites, tent sites, tipi rentals, cabin tents and group camping sites.

Activities available include zip lines, high ropes challenge course, paintball, a rock climbing wall, outdoor programs, high adventure programs, team-building programs, gold panning, treasure hunting and an 18-hole disc golf course. On-site amenities include hot showers, firewood sales, ice, hot coffee & espresso, pizza delivery, snacks, camping gear and souvenirs.

    Do I need to bring bedding? Yes. Each mattress has a plastic cover, but you will need to bring sleeping bags or bedding with you.

    Do you allow pets? Yes, Camp Dakota allows pets but requires all pets to remain on a leash. Also be aware that you will be held financially responsible for any damages to the fabric of the tent should your pet chew or scratch it.
