How Do I Get There?
The farmhouse Agriturismo Fattoria La Prugnola is located near Montescudaio, in the province of Pisa. It can be found in the upper Maremma, on the hills of Montescudaio, in a panaramic position, with beautiful views of the sea and the Tuscan Archipelago. Coming from the North take the A12 to Rosignano Marittimo, proceed on the highway towards Rome. Coming from the South take the highway towards Leghorn (Livorno), in both cases take the exit Cecina Centro (Centre of Cecina). Follow the signs for about 4.8 km to Montescudaio and take the road that turns left about 30 meters before the IP petrol station. Straight ahead for another 400 meters until the sign Fattoria La Prugnola.
The Farm is surrounded by the traditional Tuscan countryside, in a relaxing and quiet setting in the heart of a luxuriant nature. It is located near the sea and within easy reach of the many beautiful attractions in the area. Located a few kilometers from the famous seaside resorts of the Etruscan Coast, the farm is located right along the homonymous wine route. It is an excellent starting point for excursions to all the main cities in Tuscany, like Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Florence, Arezzo and Lucca, but also for visits along the Tuscan coast. Guests can choose to stay in the various houses and apartments that can accommodate from 2 up to 8 people or they can choose the Tree House or Yurts to try a new and genuine experience, without sacrificing comfort.
The Farm ”La Prugnola” provides a striking background for pleasant hiking or cycling through fields, woods and olive groves, allowing you to appreciate the sea and its beautiful resorts, the excellent local food and wine, its extraordinary history and stunning nature, making your holiday a highly enjoyable experience.
