Cancellation & Policies

The Resort at Paws Up

Cancellation Policy:

Rates are based on availability, subject to change and are not valid with any other promotion. All reservations are subject to a 60-day cancellation policy. To confirm your reservation, a two-night deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. For reservations canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your full deposit, less a 10% (of the deposit amount) transaction fee. Your full deposit amount is nonrefundable for cancellations made within 60 days prior to your arrival. Within 60 days prior to your arrival, no rate adjustments will be made for the cancellation of a portion of your reserved stay or a reduction in the size of your party. Reservations made within 60 days prior to arrival must be 100% prepaid at the time of booking. Because of our small size, cancellations or rescheduling of dates affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation or date change gives us little chance of filling the space due to our remote location. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. The Resort at Paws Up highly recommends you purchase trip insurance from your local travel agent or your insurance provider.
