HorseTheif Reservoir, located in Jetmore, Kansas, will be offering glamping to guests.
The reservoir currently has a glamour yurt that is available for rent.
The yurt is there for those who love the outdoors, but want to get away from the heat, bugs and the hard ground.
Guests are still camping by the water’s edge, yet the round yurt is already pitched and has a large comfortable bed and air conditioning waiting for you inside.
Also, they have a rustic cabin that can comfortably fit 5-6 people.
There is no shortage of activities at HorseTheif Reservior, guest can enjoy boating, water-skiing, camping, archery, hunting, kayaking, fishing, biking, hiking and even horseback riding.
In addition, they will be hosting an upcoming glamping event the last weekend in September.
Glampers are people who travel in little vintage campers, the owner of HorseTheif is even restoring her own little glamper for the event, complete with a shabby-chic chandelier.
The first-ever glamping event is scheduled for September 25-26 at HorseTheif Reservoir and the owners are hoping to attract glampers from around the country.
